Heather graduated from the Scientific College of Beauty and Barbering, Madison, WI, in 1993, and continually advances her education by completing courses at the Wisconsin Resource Center, Conservatory of Esthetics in Chicago, and at La Roche-Posay School for Advanced Concepts in Medical Skincare.

Heather is a member of the Society of Plastic Surgical Skin Care Specialists.
